Small Group and Individual Training for All Ability Levels in Basketball and Lacrosse
Proudly serving the Monmouth County area.

Coach Guastella has the following dates and times this summer for 75 minute small group training sessions in Holmdel or at a field near you:

June 22, morning only, June 23rd, morning or eve, June 24th, morning only, June 30th morning or eve,

July 1, morning only, July 3, morning only, July 6,7,9,10 eve only, July 13,14 morning or eve, July 15, morning only, July 16,17 morning or eve. July 20-24 morning only. July 27-30 morning only.

Aug 3-7 morning or eve. Aug 17-21 morning or eve. Aug 24-28, morning or eve.

Mornings would be 9am-11am. Evenings would be 5pm-8pm. Please email me with your grade and experience level and your group size. I might be able to add you to a group if need be. guastella@comast.net

Coach Guastella will be running 2 lacrosse camps this summer. The 1st camp is for boys entering K-8th grade in September. The dates are July 20-23rd from 5pm-8pm at Cross Farms in Holmdel.

The 2nd camp is for boys entering 8th-12th grade in September. The dates are July 27-30th, 5pm-8pm at Holmdel High School. Please click on "camps" on the left for more information on both.

Hoop Lax provides personalized instruction in basketball and lacrosse that can be tailored to the athlete's individual needs. Sessions are limited to 8 players or less. Hoop Lax programs can be designed for 4th graders just starting out, advanced high school players looking to fine-tune skills, and any athlete in between.

Our small-group approach enhances the pace and depth of skill development. Camps are good but if you really want to work on improving your skills, small group instruction can be very effective. You will receive more attention from highly qualified coaches than a camp setting can offer.

Scheduling a Session

Both coaches are available for sessions immediately after school during the week and Saturdays as well. We schedule sessions according to your needs! Indoor training is available for lacrosse during the winter months but space is limited. Please call immediately!
